Package includes: Full Set With Box, and screen protector attached. Phone is exactly like original malaysia lenovo Unit. Local custom ROM, with play store. Only difference is warranty. I did not buy original Lenovo because I heard that the warranty for the original unit takes around a month or so. There is no service centre in JB, only a collection point. So every faulty Lenovo phone needs to be sent to KL for warranty. Whereas from AP, you can just claim from shop
