bluescreen/error message when installing win7 x64

hi all. I just setup my new rig and trying to install win7 x64
the problem is, when the stage 'copying windows files' it load super fast.
then when the stage 'expanding windows' the problem come. whether it is error message (corrupt file) or bsod.
i tried another copy, also the same.
try changing the ram slot, same too.
here's my rig spec:

asus M4A88T-M/usb3
2x2gb ddr3 1333 ocz
120gb samsung hdd sata
samsung dvd writer
cm real power 550w
amd phenom x4 955 be
his ati radeon 4850

anybody have some advice on this?

exhaust fan problem~

ok..here's my situation.i use vizo led fan for my exhaust fan.at first i pug the 3 pin on my mobo, the fan works like almost dead.it rotates slow enough and the led light is fade and blinking.after that i tried using 4 pin direct to power supply.it works just fine.the fan spin properly and the led is bright and not blinking.
anybody knows why this happen?because i'd like to control my exhaust fan using speedfan.
