old come hard to go into window

I have question about my old com
sometimes long time didt turn on my old com,it will stop at the showing motherboard version/ram ther,and it wont go into window xp,nid to restart many times onli can goes in,wat the problem ?

the rig was
pentium 4 1.8
kingmax ddr 256 *2
RADEON 9600 256ram

currently I'm using CoreTemp to check my cpu temperature,is this temperature normal for non-overclock cpu ?

If I have some $ to upgrade,which part of u guys will advise me to upgrade,mayb around RM200~500

I'm thinkin to upgrade my 1GB ramx2 to 2GB ramx2,the 1GB rams probably would use on other com,i would change it to 4GB because i would change to Window Vista next year,currently now in Window XP.
Needed u guys to give some advise if my budget was around RM200~500,which part should I upgrade first.

And ther is other question.
my MotherBoard, Processor and CPU cooler is enuf to use in 1~2year?is it needed to change? I have use it around 1 and half year++
Is my GC enuf to to play games? like the C&C Red Alert 3 that will release soon,mayb,who noe?

how u guys clean the dust in the fan that stick to processor,is that called cpu cooler?i dunno...
need u guys to teach me on it,ther are so many dust inside ther and i dunno how to clean it.

there are few question i wan to ask

1. wat is the different that i highlight as red colour
2. my processor was e6750 2.66,but nowdays i saw ppl e7200 wif 2.53,which 1 was better
3. wat the different 667 and 800 in ddr2 ram?should i buy the same when i wan to add my ram?
4. if i wan to upgrade to 4GB ram,shud it B 1x4Gb or 2xGb,why?
5. my motherboard can upgrade to ddr3 ram?is my MB good enuf if i wan to upgrade something like new graphic card?
6. is my graphic card good enuf to play newest game?since i havent try it....

tis rig i have use it around 1year+,i wan to upgrade my ram to 4GB and my hdd,but i was wondering is my graphic card strong enuf?if not enuf i think i mayb will change it. and last question,if upgrade hdd oso nid buy the same brand?

install software / antivirus on ext hdd

can we install a software or anti-virus on ext hdd??
if can how we do it,i wan to install a kaspersky anti-virus on my hdd to prevent getting virus when i plug others ppl com.
if can install kaspersky,wat will happen if my com and ext hdd both have kaspersky,will it crash becoz of 2 com using kaspersky?
