Reporting Corruption

Has anyone ever reported an incident of corruption against the police?

My boyfriend and I parked at an open parking lot near a park earlier tonight. We were the only ones at the car park. The reason we stopped the car was because my bf and I had an argument and I "merajuk" with him (yes I know, how immature of me.. ) so he wanted to talk things out before sending me home. When all of sudden a police car parked next to us, two policemen stepped out and one of them instructed my bf to get out of the car. He threatened to arrest my bf under the basis of "berdua-duaan" and asked for our ICs and driving licence. Then the policeman told my bf to close the car door (so that I am not involved) and suggested that they settle this "man to man"...

I guess they noticed that my bf was not fazed or scared of them, so they called another police car to report what's going on and said that they are "handling the situation". So this is where the negotiation for duit kopi begins. They asked my bf for RM500 to shut them (and their friends) up or get pulled to the police station and threatened to call our parents. My bf said that he didn't have any cash on him. The CLEVER policeman, having my IC and subsequently, my house address in hand, had the guts to say, "Girlfriend you kaya, duduk rumah besar, pergi mintak dia." So my bf returned to the car and grabbed his work ID and call cards. My bf works for the media, so he said "(Media company) tak ada discount ke bang?" Of course we all know that the police are scared shitless of the media, but they still wanted their duit kopi. Somehow or rather my bf managed to cut the rate down to RM100 (like bargaining at pasar malam only!). My bf repeated that he didn't have any cash, and the policeman, again, threatened to arrest him. So my bf, not wanting to get me into trouble, suggested that he stop by the nearest ATM to withdraw the RM100 and come back. The policemen told him to send me home first and come back within 15 minutes or they will call the other police car for back up. Best part? They didn't even hold our ICs, so if we wanted to we could have just ran off. But the policemen had written down our names and IC no and plate no, so to avoid the possibility of getting jailed for a speeding ticket in the future, my bf sent me home then came back to the parking lot with the RM100.

This is where it gets REALLY idiotic...

The policeman who held my bf's call card asked who my bf's boss was. My bf answered. THEN... he asked if my bf could help his wife get a job there.

...

WHAT. THE. FISH.

...

So my bf came up with some story about how he has connections with the HR there and that it wouldn't be a problem. So now, since the policeman is asking for a favour instead, he actually said no to the money! My bf gave RM50 to the other guy, but he kept saying how he has "a lot of mouths to keep shut" so my bf just gave him the RM100.

The. F***ing. End.

I admit that it wasn't a smart move on our part for hanging out at a parking lot at night, but we didn't think anything of it at the time. We certainly didn't think it was any basis to get arrested, because:

1. We were both fully clothed
2. The car's engine and headlights were on
3. We were not in any "compromising positions" whatsoever
4. This happened before midnight, around 10.30-11pm
5. My bf was completely calm when talking to the police, i.e. no indication of guilt/being caught red-handed
6. Parliament dissolved ady. Police got power meh?

This is my first personal experience with rasuah so does anyone know what I should do to get justice?? SPRM has their "anti-corruption" portal with a complaint form, but SPRM themselves is corrupt, so... Any ideas/experience to share? Thanks!

[WTA] Domain Name Registration

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone knows any good, reliable webhosting provider for blog domain name registration, and also if it is advisable to register a domain name for a blog, or is it better to register for hosting straight away? Blogs don't really require that much space anyway, except for maybe pictures, which one can easily host on Photobucket and the likes.

Any suggestions? Or anyone with a personal blog with a domain name?
