HD5750 unstable W7 WEI score

I just bought the HD5750 for my sister and I tried to run the assessment for windows experience index score (WEI Score) and I thought it would be better or same as my old HD4850 which scores 7.4 on both aero and gaming in W7 but for the HD5750, it seems that it keep changing. It was sometime 6.0, or 6.9 or 7.3 and even worst don't know how it dropped to 2.0. I did not even open any application while assessing and didn't even move my mouse but it is still not accurate....

Guys... after re-doing some cable management on my rig, I was aware that I only plug in 1 4pin connector and the other 4 pin was left empty before. So now i plugged in another 4 pin so became 4+4pin which came with my gigabyte superb 550w psu. Is that correct or wrong?

I wasn't aware before this but after my friend's rig :-

Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 @ 2.53 Ghz
Gigabyte EP43-DS3L (DEAD)
4GB Kingston KVR 800Mhz RAM
640GB Western Digital Caviar Blue
Gigabyte GTX260 896MB DDR3 448Bit Graphic
Gigabyte Superb 550w (460watt real power) - (DEAD)

What was the cause of his motherboard death? Is it because of the power supply not having enough power? Both his power supply and mobo is dead and the rest are fine.
Is it the power supply ran over power or it's because of other problem? I am having the same power supply as him and I am worried it would blow up my mobo like my friend. If the power supply died by itself, I can still accept but now after my friend problem recently, I was worried would my rig end up like him? I am using a HD4850 only.

Advice and help please !
Now I realized that my RAM is on 1066Mhz instead of 1333Mhz... It's a OCZ Gold DDR3 Dual Channel OCZ Gold 1333Mhz 4GB Kit and when I turn on my computer, it is running at 1066Mhz... I know there is something that have to be adjusted in the BIOS but I am not sure what to adjust in there. The timing is also different. It suppose to be something like 9-9-9-12 but it is runing at 7-7-7-16 or something around that. The CPU is also running OC'ed speed at 2936Mhz instead of its stock 2800Mhz.... I need help to make all of my CPU and RAM working correctly at stock ... When I install some games like CS 1.6, source, SDO-X, it comes out with error and I had to reinstall it until it works. Is the i7 too fast to install and decompress thing until the files had errors while extracting?

20" 2043SW Samsung No DVI-Cable?

Does actually the 20" 2043SW Samsung LCD has a DVI-Cable? All LCD I bought before like 2233SW, 2333SW+ all given DVI-cable in box but when I bought 2043SW, and I reached home I didn't found any DVI-cable. When I asked the salesman there, they say "Yes, it's included" . And as a DVI supported LCD, how come now it doesn't include the DVI cable. I was so mad when I call back, when he says "That model doesn't include that cable".

When I see VIA, it reminds me of the old P4 board that is very lousy. I am not sure about the performance now. But I am also not a pro in these kinda things and need some help.

I currenty have an E2140 and I think it's time I can upgrade my rig now to a new LGA1156 system.
-Will upgrading from an E2140 to i7 860 will be having large performance difference?
-Will i7 860 bottleneck my HD4850 like my E2140 does?
-Can I combine HD4850 with a 9500GT for physx?
-Instead of going to lowyat, is there any better recommendation where I can get lower price for these kinda hardware?
Want to buy Socket 1156 i7 860 Rig Advice !

Hi guys, I wanna ask for few question and advices. I am going to buy a Core i7 860 with socket 1156 board. Here are what I am planning to buy :-

Intel Core i7 860 2.80Ghz
2x2GB Kingston DDR3 1333Mhz RAM
Gigabyte P55-UD3P / Asus P7P55D / MSI P55-GD65 << *need some help here, recommendation or advice please*
(Currently having a gigabyte 550watt superb PSU, will it be necessary to buy a new one or it is enough for a i7 860 + one HD4850) or if i buy a new one, will gigabyte superb 720w will be more than enough?

It is an upgrade from my current pentium dual-core e2140, ep43-ds3l board. (Is it worth?)

I already have a Gigabyte HD4850 1GB ddr3 gpu and I guess the i7 wouldn't bottleneck the 4850 unlike my e2140. << Am I wrong?
I am stuck for choosing the right board for the socket 1156 i7 board, which one would be better? The asus uses VIA for the ethernet and sound, but the gigabyte has realtek which I prefer more.. I do not really like VIA and never use it before. If asus has the realtek chip then i would definitely go for it because the design is nice unlike the lame gigabyte same old blue-board design. But I guess I am also not very sure which would be the best.....

Help please ! Thanks
