Need to part with it (mid September) as getting another MPV due to family commitment this last minute. Great “non kacau” car during these 6-7 years of owning. Used Toyota fully synthetic (change oil every 8,000km) and Toyota Auto Transmission (change oil every 16,000km). Use Iridium Spark Plug. Change Timing Belt and Water Pump every 90,000km. Fully maintain by bro-in-law (mechanic) , all engine related parts change only original, no OEM. Electric seats both passenger and driver at this price range is hard to find.

Most important is the engine and gear box maintenance which is in great condition. Some cosmetic flaw, front emblem missing, front bonnet some peeling of paint , immobilizer need to reset at Toyota service center, all these can easily be rectified. Engine as it is, no cosmetic touch up as its already in great condition, no need to hide by cleaning it !!!

At this price point,
1. Great car for new working executive than buying a small car.
2. To fetch children to school, safety.
3. Best used as a salesman car, no unusual kacau, just change oil when its time.
4. Buy and Drive.
5. 2,200 CC car, Road Tax RM600+, Insurance you safe a lot for first time owners. Good to build your NCB (no claim bonus) !
6. Town Driving 11.3 – 12.6km / litre, Long Distant 12.5 – 13.8km / litre

Dear Ladies,
I intend to purchase the above wallet for my love one. I read story of peeling, glazing(dunno what is it) and would like to find out with our humid weather, anyone have such problem. I mean anyone use it daily and not use it once a while. how durable if the wallet gets fat, basing on her current B/Buffel wallet usage, most of the time fill with receipt, cards etc etc, plus coin definitely will make the wallet blob. Can this LV model handle this stress or anyone experience it. overseas forummers claim EPI is good but that is another few hundreds more over what I intend to get.

There is a lot of topic on property location. Perhaps there is but could not find those that did renovation, be it just simple room, attic, kitchen as many of us here do not engage real designer and often than not, some have great idea, to condone off one area for study or convert a room to walk in wadrobe, self made picture frame, placement of living area, as usually we refer to magazine for inspiring idea.

Why not post your pictures here, preferbably before and after, to give inspiring new house/apart/condo owner to create their dream home. Who knows, if one love it so much, might as well engage that contractor/designer to do the job!
