Details of the complaint :
Normally i dun buy things from shop in lowyat 1, coz i more aware that most of the forumer seller with good reputation have more responsible for the after sales service. Because this PC i wana build whole set for my GF, then i decided to try those shop to get better discount. Mana tahu, 1 try sudah naik lori.

For this salesperson name john at PCZONE is the person who serve me to build the new rig, i thinking to build a i7 spec with my budget. I emphasize i wana build a rig that can play "battlefield 3", i say once again "battlefield 3", so he say ok ASUS GT440 GC can suit my build (this 1 he recommend me not i pick my own). So i ask him if can't play how, he say go home try 1st if can't get a better card (again if not get a better card he say 1).

Wah, so good ah the customer service, i very satisfy at 1st place. Actually this is the 4th shop i am browsing for price, seems like ok. Some of the shop (i don't even wana mention their name coz most of them is worthless) c u wearing short pants dun wana serve u, Hahaha, wat a shallow salesperson, they never know how i spend money. Anyway this is not the point i wana talk.

So after discuss watever spec i wana build, then leave them for 1 hour for building the rig. Paid up and take my new rig balik rumah~

Interesting part is coming, after installing window & all the driver, i purposely install "ONLY" battlefield 3. Play for 10-20 min, pc freezes, bluescreen and all the computer failure pattern liao liao. I was like, hell no, what the hell is going on, after troubleshooting & a lots of reading on the net i found out is the Asus GT440 GC is not fully support for the game. Change my other pc graphic card play "battlefield 3" in new pc seems doing fine.

So i decided to find the seller within 1 week of purchase, go to PCzone lowyat find him, give to 1 of the salesperson he say john is on leave... walao so ngam... then he pass me to another ugly uncle i believe is supervisor. That salesperson tell to supervisor: Eiii, john punya 屎 (shit) for Chinese it means something bad that left by a person. I was like WTF? Is this how PCZONE serve aftersales customer? Nice, i can do a lot of writing for this shop after this in all over the forum.

After that PCZONE supervisor understand my situation then he is not happy, he say is ur game is pirated or not? Wah? my game to put in blame? Sorry, my bf3 is original. Then he ask me again is my Windows 7 is original or not? Walao again u think my window also can put in blame ah? I say the windows also original, i troubleshoot already is the card not working. He say so many technician test the card can play battlefield 3 & so many salesperson sale the card also no problem y ur card got problem? I was like, so u trying to make assumption that i bringing the trouble to u izit?

I dun wana waste my precious time to talk with this worthless supervisor, i say i wana exchange for new card. He say ok but need change extra exchange fee, then i ask this item is within 1 week of purchase y u need to charge me? He say if everyone like you come buy within 7 days then we cannot do business lor? Wah~~~ so fxxking good the attitude these staff in PCZONE. Salesperson lidat, supervisor also lidat...

Since he insist to charge me to exchange the new card so i decided to pay up and change, the money actually doesn't really matter to me, but i am aware of customer rights.

I swear to god i not gona come back to this shop & spread the truth to people know about this.

PCZONE, worst aftersales service i ever seen... boycott this shop... booooo....

Have you experience earth quake just now. I at PJ area, i felt the shake on my desk just now. And few of my friends felt it too.
