I was try nf to disassemble the keyboard base fit the Dell Vostro Ultrabook, but couldn't remove this type of screw. It's the first time I encounter such screw.

Would like gurus to assist. TQ

Collect Maintenance Fee Deposit during VP

During VP, when paying for clearance, can developer collect a 2 month maintenance fee deposit apart from collecting the 4 months advance maintenance fee? This sound strange.
