Im going to buy a new Headphone... can teach me how to see the specification???

Acoustic system : Open <-- what is this
Magnet type : Neodymium <-- does this effect on music?? what magnet type is the best
Frequency response : 18 - 28 000 Hz <-- what frequency response i should get if i want a nice sound with good bass
Impedance : 32 Ohm <-- what is this
Maximum power input : 1500 mW <-- got any effect on music??
Sensitivity : 104 dB <-- got any effect on music??
Speaker diameter : 40 mm <-- this one doesnt matter right??

I got a girl housemate "she lives upstairs" [upstairs very high class and big but rent more expensive]
She is very cute and pretty..... every guy in my class all also say she very cute.....but she got no boyfriend tough

She everytime also like to come into my room and touch my thing [use my laptop .. etc]

she always like to sleep in my room[afternoon nap] ... i ask her why she dont sleep on her own room since her room is much bigger and nicer somemore got aircond... she say she likes the smell on my room

the worst one was... sometimes when i came back late at night [12am+]... i would see her sleeping in my.. and i force to sleep in the tv area sofa....
