Cheap Accomodation In Penang

I need some help regarding cheap places to stay in Penang, hopefully close to Gurney.

So far I've gotten a booking at SD Guest House but the guy said it's "quite far" from Gurney.
I also tried GoodHope Inn but it's fully booked. Anyone know of any other places near by?
