I'm here to make some things clear before some of u open a thread that i stole ur stuffs or start accusing me.I want to let u guys know that i'm still in JB and i couldn't settle some of ur your stuffs for RMA in time.I've promised to some of u that i'll settle by end of this month but seriously i couldn't make it as i won't be back on 20th June as expected due to my training haven't done yet.I hope u guys could lastly give me a very last 1 month to settle your RMA.Pls remember i doesn't owe or cheat any of u.It's just i don't get the time to settle stuffs in time.All your RMA should be settled by end of JULY.I'll keep my word.For future RMA help,i'll set someone in this forum to handle on behalf of me so that your stuffs could be settled asap.

In the second quarter 2008 , intel will release the desktop chipsets Intel eaglelake. They will propose support to PCI express 2.0 for the wide population, and the south bridges series ICH10 will forget about old interfaces as PCI, PS/2, COM and LPT. The memory controller in eaglelake chipsets will preserve compatibility with DDR- 3 and DDR-2.

Eaglelake chipset found the proper names: Intel p45 for the discrete version and Intel g45 for the integrated version. This Last has the graphic core GMA x4500 with directX 10 support , which will be three times more productive than graphic system in chipset intel g33. This chipset will also support interfaces DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort. The decoding of high quality video from blu-ray disks and HD DVD will be accelerated at the hardware level.

In the third quarter 2008 , intel will present Eaglelake- Q chipset , which will find use in corporate segment. Let us recall that the south bridges series ICH10 will also move in the chipset tylersburg-DT, which will ensure the support of nehalem generation processors in the fourth quarter 2008. In the third quarter the portion of eaglelake chipsets will exceed 20%.

We note that the wholesale cost of chipset intel x48 will be $70- much more expensive than Intel x38 ($50); . We hope that this additional payment is not only due to the support of DDR 3-1600 and 1600 MHz system bus, but for the improved overclocking potential.

This is something I like to share with you from one of my seminar few years ago. If you find this informative, pls circulate. It was conducted by A/P Catherine Tay on Legal issues in E-commerce.

Notice that most of the time, the receipt / invoice you received from the
merchant carries this exclusion clause or similarly worded
statement: "Goods sold are not returnable" or "No refund once sold".

The thing that I have learnt from her is that : "As long as your good is
purchased for home use and not for business (i.e. to be resold), the above exclusion clause is VOID.

That means, as long as the good is defective, regardless of what is worded, you CAN get back all your money spent. You do not have to accept a repair on the good or an exchange. You CAN ask for a refund. AND you are LEGALLY right and entitled to! What a relevation!!

And most of the time the merchant will refuse to return you your money.

Her advice? From her own experience (and no less than 7 and all
successful!), she will threaten the merchant with four words: "SEE YOU IN COURT!" The court here refers to the Small Claims Tribunal Court.

However, you don't have to tell them what court! All you have to pay is
RM10 admin fee and the loser (the merchant) will have to refund you the money PLUS the admin fee! She shared this with us because she felt that even educated people are cowed by such unfair wordings.

Pls try not to let the merchant fleece you the next time you have a
defective good.

I know where to file this. On the 16th floor of Putra Place (The Mall
opposite Putra World Trade Centre). The form cost RM5.00. The
Tribunal will settle within 2 months period.

I saw his thread on selling used computer hardwares from t-pot computer.Previously i've bought a used Pentium 3 motherboard and have no problem with it.Later,i need another board for my cousin's computer so i bought another one from him which priced at Rm60.He agreed with the price i offered which is Rm65 including Pos Laju,so i bank-in the amount and he shipped the board.Instead of ship the board through Pos Laju,he ship with normal postage which takes 1 week plus to arive at my doorstep.I asked him via pm,why did he ship the board through normal post instead of Pos Laju.He told me that for the money i've paid for the shipping,he could only post it with normal post.Ok no problem since i paid Rm5 only for the shipping which i can't expect Pos laju service.

After received the board,i have no time to test so i only able to test the board after 3 days.I tested the board and there's artifacts on the display.I sms/pm him and he told me the board was perfect when he tested it before post out and asked me to test it again.I tested the board on the next day and confirmed the board has problem with either the on board graphic or ram slot.After few pm's,he replied and asked me to ship it to t-pot computer for replacement.I ship the board to t-pot through skynet and pm'ed him on the next day to inform him that the board should arrived on that day.

After that i didn't hear anything from him even on the arrival of the faulty board i've shipped to him.I've pm him few times,reply on his [WTB] thread and i got a reply that he told me that he is not working under t-pot computer.I asked him,how about my board and i told him that i'm not expecting a replacement board since it's already months and i've replaced another board for my cousin's computer which i bought forumer stng.He asked me to ' send a buzz to t-pot' through their yahoo email.I did email them 2 times and i didn't receive any reply.I pm him again and tell him that t-pot didn't reply and i need his help to claim the refund since he is the one i bought the board from.He told me that he will help me but he is in Johore so he couldn't do anything.Fine,i asked him to call t-pot to settle my refund but he didn't reply till now eventhough i can see him online in this forum everyday.

I will pm sakuraguy to inform him that i've open a topic on the board issue over here.Hope you guys could advise me on how to get back my refund.Please don't say "Rm60 small amount sia"! i don't need that type of 2 or 3 cents.Each ringgit is valuable for me.
