Hi Guys,

Question here, I'm thinking to send my car to perodua service center for regular service,
Normally how much would it cost ? for engine oil changeout, tuning, balancing & general inspection

I normally send my car to nearby workshop, but was thinking to send my car to Perodua Service center for a thorough health check and service once awile.

Do you guys think that is necessary and do they provide a better service and quality as well ?

Hi, Im not sure if im asking in the right place.
I'm currently driving a Myvi which is under my dad's name.
But I'm paying off the loan (early settlement) soon and I was wondering if I should change the ownership to my name.

Because I plan to buy a house in near future (~2years) , I was thinking if I have the car ownership under my name, would it help me in getting a housing loan in future ?

Btw, normally how much would it cost to change the ownership of the car ?

Side Mirror Replacement, Myvi

Guys,

Want to ask, how much would it cost to get a new Mirror for my side mirror ?
Just the mirror it self, it dropped off from the frame. Myvi, Side mirror is manual type, without motor
Doesn't want to change the whole thing as I saw the frame is still in good condition, only the mirror dropped out from the frame.

What happen is I parked probably at road side inside parking box, suspect some faker whose eyes grow on the a-hole walk and knock to my side mirror (on the pedestrian side wtf...)

want to get a rough idea so I could get a reasonable price

House type: Double Storey (Air-cond to be installed in second floor)
Location : Puchong

Hi Everyone,

I'm starting to survey the price for my future proposal ring now.
And of course Tiffany & Co Setting is one of the most famous ring in the market nowadays.

However, I just found out that the price shown in the website for a normal 0.5Cat (other 3Cs unknown) would cost around USD$ 3870 (~RM12384)
But when I went to the store and checked, it quote me 0.51CT , F, VVS1, for around RM25k.... why is it so expensive compare to US...

Is there anywhere I can buy it from US ? without myself personally flyyyy to US?
How bout Singapore? will the price be better in Singapore ?

Say I bought a property (i.e RM400k) and the monthly installment is ~ RM2k, while my eligible/maximum monthly installment for a property is (i.e RM500k / Monthly ~ RM2.5k)

If i rent out the property for RM2k+ (keeping all the receipt and evident contract) , Can I buy another property (2nd property) which will cost me another (RM400k+ / Monthly ~Rm2k+)
