Hi guys,

I really need some help here regarding buying a linksys wireless+router m(2 in 1) for my internet connection.
I'm using streamyx modem.

My budget is around Rm250++

I've heard that the Router will have one antenna and 4 ports, and a CD driver for the router.

so, can anybody suggest which kind of Linksys model I need to survey?

Hi guys!!

I just heard some rumors that Maxis broadband and w1max cant use torrent fully.

for maxis they said that after a certain time, they block ur torrent

for w1max, just heard.

Plus my fren using wireless maxis cant connect his Ares (still display connecting but no response)
Is wireless connection will make ur dload from nay torrent slower than wire connection?

So, is it true???? coz now I wanna establish an internet at my house (gombak setia area), and I like to dload form torrent, so guys can gimme oso some recommendation for what kind of suitable and reliable company that can suit my taste?

Anyway this is my computer spec:

Processor:Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200
Motherboard:Gigabyte EP45-UD3P
RAM:4GB (put 2gb for 2 slot, single RAM)
Graphic Card:Gigabyte GV-N94TOC-1GHI (1GB DDR2,128 bit)
Hard disk:500gb
Monitor: Samsung 23" 2333SW
Casing:Cooler Master CM-331 Elite
Speaker:Sonic Gear EVO 7 (maybe after this, will upgarde to a speaker which consumes 170W)

I just wanna ask for a long term use, I want 2 buy a power supply for my PC for hardcore gaming as well as other suitbale use such as video editing, drawing and etc.

I will upgrade my graphic card, processor or motherboard when have enough budget.(estimate upgrade after 1.5 -2 years)

I want to buy the ODIN Superb 720W with triple rail features. It said that each rail is 18A.

But I saw also ODIN Pro 800W with quad rail features, 2 rail 18A, 2 others 25A, but I saw the sum is 62A

I also saw that the newest graphic card from Gigabyte GV-N295-18I-B state that **Minimum 680W or greater system power supply (with a minimum 12V current rating of 46A)* .

So, if I buy the ODIN Superb 720W, can I still able to play with the new graphic card if I buy it?

P/s: Is Cooler master 460w PSU suitable with my current PC spec??

Hello Guys, I wanna know which OS is better,

Windows XP 32 bit or 64 bit?

coz I planning to make PC with this spec:-

well, I heard that 32 bit XP OS can limit RAM till 3.5GB..only

But I heard that XP 64 bit can handle up to 128GB RAM and 16TB virtual memory.

and it is also state that many softwares are not compatible with the 64 bit OS..

IMHO, it was released for more than 2 years already, so the market must hav most of 64 bit support softwares & games right?

pls, anyone pls help me to choose.

p/s:I looking for long term use, so I maybe will upgrade my Motherboard, and processor too (for multi purpose such as assignment, video editing or etc use plus hardcore gaming.)
