I felt like an old uncle trying to fit in this digital world when opening this thread.

But how actually do I connect to this 5G network?

I'm in their 5G coverage and use 5G phone already.
Preferred network set to 5G but the top bar shows 4G only
And when scanning for network can only find 4G

Do I need to subscribe to their U25 or U35 first before the signal changed to 5G?

On early Aug, they announced price reduced to RM69 for EXISTING customer and RM89 for new customer. They also announced that the RM69 price would started on September for existing customer and on October for customer who subscribe before 30 August.

So, as I do not want to miss the opportunity of becoming 'existing' customer, I opt to subscribe before 30 August. I understand that by doing this I have to pay RM100++ for the August and September bill.

Later, on early Sept, TM announced on their website that new customer who subscribe before 30 Sept will only need to pay RM69.

Is that means their bill for September will only be RM69? While I still have to pay RM100++ for September?
I have received my bill on mid September, bill from mid Aug to mid Sept is RM100++. I expect my mid Oct bill will be prorated RM100++ for balance of Sept and prorated RM69 for Oct.

Since we are in early Oct now, do you or do you know anyone who have subscribe to Streamyx on early September? What is the bill that they need to pay?
I have asked TM through email and got a reply like below:

Seems like only RM69 for September bill for new customer. Can anyone help me to confirm on this?

does anyone know where can i get a gold disc that can last longer?
i found some on amazon and ebay but that's too far away.
is there any shop around klang valley that sell this kind of disc?
