            <description>&lt;b&gt;Name of Company: Forest City Phoenix Golf Hotel Johor Bahru &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Role:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Duties and Responsibilities:		&lt;br /&gt;•	Ensure occupied and vacant guest rooms are cleaned and maintained up to the exact standard as demonstrated by Housekeeping supervisory colleagues during initial training.&lt;br /&gt;•	Remove all soiled linens and towels from room and handover to housemen or dispose in linen chute.&lt;br /&gt;•	Thoroughly clean guest bathrooms, bathroom walls, bathtub, shower, water closet using the suggested chemicals. &lt;br /&gt;•	After cleaning, dry all areas, fixtures and surfaces.&lt;br /&gt;•	Arrange all toiletries straightened on a piece of cloth in occupied guestrooms.&lt;br /&gt;•	Replenish all amenities and tally items.&lt;br /&gt;•	Make bed efficiently to meet appearance standard as demonstrated.&lt;br /&gt;•	Arrange all clothing items in occupied guest rooms, fold neatly according to standard as demonstrated.&lt;br /&gt;•	Upkeep and clean guest room and bathroom and include all inside windows and mirrors.&lt;br /&gt;•	Remove all room service trays from guest room hallways and/or corridor and bring to back landings and call for pick up.&lt;br /&gt;•	Vacuum the guest room’s carpet and wipe down furniture and baseboards according to standard in all assigned work areas.&lt;br /&gt;•	Double check cleanliness of completed work area and placement of amenities in each complete guest room before moving on to the next task.&lt;br /&gt;•	Ensure to sign in and out for your keys and your handheld device on a daily basis.&lt;br /&gt;•	Handover any special requests to the incoming shift leader or respective manager.&lt;br /&gt;•	Report any suspicious persons or items in the guest rooms / corridors.&lt;br /&gt;•	Recognize and report all missing, damaged or substandard furniture, fixtures and equipment.&lt;br /&gt;•	Ensure that all electronic devices (television, remote controls, lamps, and telephone) are working properly.&lt;br /&gt;•	Evaluate work assignment and prioritize workload according to guest requests.&lt;br /&gt;•	Ensure all guest rooms assigned are completed with correct status marked at the end of the day, including any information for input into guest history file.&lt;br /&gt;•	Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Remuneration: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*RM1500/month not including allowances&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Lunch meal provided for employee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Accomodation is provided for outstation employee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;Required Education 所需学历:&lt;br /&gt;•	Minimum SPM or equivalent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Required Experience所需经验:&lt;br /&gt;•	Minimum one (1) year basic housekeeping experience in hospitality and/or hotel industry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Required Skills 所需技能: &lt;br /&gt;•	Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.&lt;br /&gt;•	Good time and stress management, organization, planning, customer relations and team player skills.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Personal Attributes个人属性:&lt;br /&gt;•	Independent, pleasant and friendly personality.&lt;br /&gt;•	Good stamina to handle physical demand of the tasks.&lt;br /&gt;•	Good grooming standard.&lt;br /&gt;•	Able to work various shift hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Contact Person: David Chin, fchotel@countrygarden.com.cn, 016-8745208&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alternatively, you can also apply via Jobstreet at &lt;a href='https://www.jobstreet.com.my/en/job/room-attendant-3900258?fr=21&amp;searchRequestToken=d9ae889d-05ea-4287-cca7-9176d3f5824f&amp;sectionRank=1' target='_blank'&gt;https://www.jobstreet.com.my/en/job/room-at...f&amp;sectionRank=1&lt;/a&gt;</description>

            <description>Hello guys and girls, i have been thinking but I am still undecided whether I should spend the time and money to look for jobs in KL. So far attended few interview and pending results. There is limited job opportunities in Kuching Sarawak here especially in HR field. I am 30 this year and I come from HR background with degree with work experience in HR field and administration. I am aware that living expenses in KL is not cheap and I have to rent a room shall I decided to look for a job there. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I would like to seek opinion from you guys whether it is worth the time and money to go KL to hunt jobs and attend interview.
