WTA UBS Stock can Generate report for PO

Hello,

We issue PO when we want to order new stock.
Once stock arrive, we key into 'Receiving'.

Is there anyway for UBS system to generate a report on which PO is still not received yet?

NOT RECEIVED - can be either
1) Clerk forgotten to 'Receive' the stock into UBS (OR)
2) The items are still not delivered to us yet.

IS THERE SUCH A REPORT for incomplete PO.
PLEASE HELP.

COMPLAINT on GoodYear Dura Plus Tyres

So much advertisement on GoodYear Dura Plus (New) Tyres.
It claims to last 100,000KM. So finally, decided to go for it.

29/06/2010 - Changed all 4tyres from Michelin to GY Dura Plus ( 195x70R14) - Mileage 102,447

Sept 2011 - The car steering starts to feel very bumpy. Decided to bring car for alignment.
Then was told 1 front tyre has a bulge on surface. In short "bengkak". Car mileage 139,152.
The tyre only gone through 37K and started to bulge.

Jan 2012 - The back of the car started to sway and slight jerking. Since need to travel
outstation for CNY, so sent the car for balancing and alignment. GOODNESS, you cannot
belief this. Again was told both my back tyres also "Bengkak". Car Mileage 146,773.
Lucky, this round I managed to claim back abit from my Sept2011 1tyre Bengkak changed.
Lucky I got back RM149.40 from GoodYear.

MORALE of this experience = Don't get fooled by TV Ads. Stick with quality tyre Brand.

1)There was a lot of time wastedsending the car for balancing and check ups.
2)There was also a lot of money spent on buying new tyres. Total amount spent = RM1,900+++
3)Lastly, there was also alot of worry-ing Worry which car parts is causing the bad drive, worry
tyre might explode or puncture, etc.

From this experience, I will never buy GoodYear tyres anymore. I will stick back to Michelin (old faithful).

Hello All - I am not able to find any topic of this and hope to get everyone's point of view / advice?

PROPERTY 1 = Low Cost Apartment (Loc: Puchong) - 2units adjoining.
Apt purchase price RM60K but now can only fetch RM40K.
Since cannot sell, SHOULD I RENT IT OUT FOR RM400/month/each unit?

Heard of all those scary tenants' stories.
Poor payment, damage properties, high unpaid utility bill, etc?

Hello all Property / Land Sifu.

I have few questions related to LAND. The land is in Tanjung Malim, Perak.

(1) How do you convert Agricultural Land to Industrial Land Status? How much will this conversion cost, where do I submit my application, how long will the approval takes and what are the Term + Condition of the conversion?

(2) Anyone has experience applying for RISDA - Tanam Semula (Getah or Kelapa Sawit) subsidy? Please share your learning curve?

(3) How do you find local people who is interested to help you managed the land?

Excel & Word Hangs when I print to PDF

Hello - hope there is some savvy software master out there who can help solve my problems.

Using Window Vista - Home Basic (SP2)
Using Office 2003
Using Acrobat Adobe V7 (Quite old)

I used to be able to PDF my Words and Excel without any problem UNTIL I download the latest Acrobat Reader (Version 9).
After that, whenever I print my Word and Excel to PDF it hangs.
I tried to un-install all the acrobat softwares (Adobe, Reader, Pdf, etc.) and re-install them. Still no use.

I tried to download 2 pdf freewares from internet -a) doPDF and b) PrimoPDF.
Whenever I pdf, the pdf doc is actually bigger than my excel doc.
Example: my Excel is 377kb, the pdf doc will be 1MB.

Hope to have this settle soon, my work depends on PDF.
