Wanted to ask if there is anybody can help on Razer Deathadder repair. My mouse sensor having problem that caused erratic mouse movement. I tried to clean the sensor and reinstall all the driver with no luck. Please help.

Hi Maxis,

Please help to check why my Upload speed suddenly decreased (I am subscribed to Maxis Fibre 10), usually I can get upload around 10MBps and download speed around that, it happens I think 2 days ago, I am directly connected by cable to the router and already restart the modem and router several times.

Kindly help because I am hosting some website and I need Upload/Download speed stable. My fixed broadband account number: 1525588

Hi Maxis,

Please help I am Maxis Fiber home user and wanted to use Custom Router (TPLink) to replace the Technicolor Maxis router.

I tried to put PPPoE credentials in the TPLink configuration but unable to connect. Please help to provide me a guide on how to connect using custom router.
I know from other forum that the PPPoE credentials should be: username: xxxxxx@home.maxis.com.my and password: xxxxxx1 , is it correct?

FYI: I didn't use any IP Phone or other services, only Internet line.

I have a questions, I am currently staying in a condo (condo name: Suria Jelatek Residence) and only have 1 phone wall socket which has been installed with Unifi 10MB, I am planning to get second line (Maxis Broadband) line for working purposes/hosting/server, is it possible to install another line when there is only 1 phone wall socket in my unit (Unifi installed) or Maxis broadband using another wall socket/TV line wall socket?
