[Celcom] SMS Masuk Kacau Line Internet

Hi.

I'm using mobile internet for my everyday internet necessity and for gaming ultimately. Celcom has been a very good provider for me, very less issue. But lately I experience lost of connection when any SMS masuk. I noticed that 4G+ symbol on my phone disappear for like 1 to 2 seconds right after my phone retrieved any SMSes. And that has caused me disconnected from my game.

When you play as a healer and on a 8-person raid party beating some bad-ass dragon bosses. And then you dc during critical time because of some stupid promo sms masuk. Can you understand this?

I already sent my complaint to Celcom via Twitter, but they (Customer Service Team) told me to switch off/on phone, turn on/off flight mode, cabut pasang balik simkad, and they reset connection from there. It just didn't solve the problem.

Is there any info regarding this issue or any solution anyone can suggest?

Hi Hotlink,

Yesterday 2 friends of mine shared their Hotlinkmu Giga Sale promo. Both of them got 7 days pass promo, meanwhile I only got max 3 days pass promo. How come mine a bit different from them?

Basically I subscribe to daily pass everyday because I don't have landline internet, so I wanted this 7 days pass so that I can save a bit of my money.

Please tell me how to make my number eligible for that promo. Please. Thank you.

I need some opinions. I am looking for a new laptop. Came across with these two brands, MSI GE60 & HP Pavilion 14. Both got i7 processor.

Which one is better? I always play online game, Dragon Nest SEA btw.

Cannot Download MMS

Hello

My dad sent me an MMS this morning. I got the message but when I tried to download it, it says Download Failed.

So I call 123 to get new setting. But sadly still cannot download. So I decided to talk to Customer Service.

The first CS, he ask for particular information and gave some instruction to follow. I did everything he told but still fail to download the MMS.

I decide to talk to the CS again. Second CS, a she. I told her I already made a call and did everything that was told. I have to repeat MMS several time because she kept asking me about WhatsApps. After some time, she said Maxis got some problem with the system and ask me to wait. So I waited for like 1-2 minutes. Then she hung up...

I felt mistreated and depressed somehow lol.

i just use streamyx for a week, before this ok, but yesterday cannot acces d web..

page loading like forever but stil no respon..i tried ping those site n got 'request time out'

anyone can help?
