How to unlock & jailbreak Locked iPhone 3G

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me how to unlock & jailbreak my iPhone 3G (LOCKED) using ultrasnow. I can't find the ultrasnow download link and the guide for unlocking. I followed the links on various pages but still diverted to this thread 1st page where how to unlock using blacksnow procedure is mentioned.

I'm presently on 2.1 and would like to upgrade to 3.1 or even 3.1.2. Can anyone please give me a hint? I did my homework but still confused bcoz I don't want to update using blacksnow as it says, i can't reboot or shutdown my iphone after using blacksnow/blackrain.

Is it not possible using redsnow?

My baseband version is 02.11.07. Shall I upgrade the firmware using itunes to 3.1 or 3.1.2 before using ultranow or anything else?

Thanks a lot for your suggestions.

Can't switch ON iphone 2G

I can't start my iphone after i switched it off. Pressed the power button bizzillion times but no status or msg on the screen. I wasn't trying to upgrade or download firmware. Just using it normally. Its an iphone 2G with firmware 2.1 (upgraded 8months ago). Such thing never happened before. Yes, I tried to charge it and then switch it on but failed. The battery was full when i restarted the iphone. Changed the simcard but still nothing. Connected with pc and then switch on but still no response.

I didn't drop it or got it wet or something.....

What shall I do? What the hell is wrong with my iphone?

Please suggest something. I thoroughly searched this forum and googled on this issue before I posted this topic.

Thanks.

voice breaks on every call made or received?

I'm experiencing voice breaks during every call made or received from my iphone 2G with Firmware 2.1 (updated 8months ago). The problem started recently on Hotlink network. However, I haven't made any technical changes in iphone related to patches or firmware or anything else. What shall I do?

To isolate the issue, I will try to use another hotlink or digi sim card and check it for a day or 2. I will update the results soon. But I would like to ask if anyone is also experiencing such disturbances during the voice calls?

Thanks for any suggestions.

[addedon]February 27, 2009, 11:47 pm[/addedon]Any suggestions from anyone?

Who hacked into davidgary73's account?

I wonder why almost all davidgary73's threads are closed. Is there any possibility that someone has done this intentionally? I'm eagerly waiting for davidgary73 to read this topic and clear our doubts. I request iphone users or flammers not to start blaming for opening this thread as the information I seek has been removed from the forum (and I don't see any reason why it has to be removed). Davidgary73 has always been a great help to all of us. Peace!! May The Force Be With You David!!!
