Corsair AX1200 cable with MDPC-X Re-sleeving

Few weeks ago i saw a stunning thread at garage sale there, someone(my good friend actually) offer 1k for sleeve his Corsair AX1200 cable.
Very soon, a guy took his offer. So my friend was expected some MDPC looks (or maybe close to it) on his cable sleeving, because 1k sleeving should worth for it.
But after seeing the result my friend was extreme disapointing. I think many of you guys are witness for this job, its seriously not up to standard.

After many of sms and pm with my friend regarding this issue, this current sleeving project log was born.
So i took the job for re-sleeving all his AX1200 cable, i'm here to challenge the 1k sleeving result.
I might fail to do so, you guys make the judgement.

I received the cable few days ago from my client--->acther, so i start here.

This is the result of 1k sleeving.

My client was so worry about his cable, since the result was totally not convicing.
And i start to checking the wire 1 by 1, surprisingly i found this.

So i do the replacement wire for him, luckily i got all the stuff on hand.
Cut 2 wire into require length.

The crimp contact.

And the result.

After the wire replacement i start to take out the wire from the connector using my MDPC pin remover "Kluang edition" haha.

I'm going to cut all the heatshrink out and re-sleeve the wire, the following picture below might make you feel uncomfortable.

Hi there, i'm deciding to start my project log in Lowyatnet here with not much on the modding parts coz i don consider myself as a real modder.
As a real modder you need some talent and lots of patient, which i don have much on both of it ha.
I got most of the hardware on my hand to water cool an I7 platform inside my TJ07.
I'll try to finish my project before chinese new years. (hopefully )
And i wish this project log will not dissapointed you guys and of course myself.

Playing with computer hardware and all those liquid cooling parts really cost me a bomb, but i'm enjoying it.
Liquid cooling computer hardware already become one of my hobby and it cost me most.

HIS IceQ4 4850 (GPU temperature too low)

I just bought 1 HIS IceQ4 4850 1 week ago, i found out that my temperature was very low. (Idle 40 degree, 1 hr full load about 55 degree) Room temperature about 28 degree. (GC fan speed set to 55%, RPM 1700)
ATI Catalyst 8.9 and GPU-Z give the same result.
Can anyone tell me that izzit normal for HIS GC temperature, or it just a faulty sensors.
i did read some of the forum, most of them say it should be about 60-70 degree when idle. full load can go up to 80 degree.
Can any user of this GC give me some advice.
