Some tips on how to go from a 3 to at least a 7 on the attractiveness scale.

First off, cleanliness is next to Godliness

Shower twice a day is important. Once in the morning and once before bedtime

Skin care and tooth/gum care for that healthy glow and smile

Basic skin care stuff that should be in every man’s arsenal

1. Cleanser (basic one will do)
2. Toner (I like the Korean ones)
3. Moisturizer (my favorite brand is either Drunk Elephant or Caudalie). I use drunk elephant peptides in the day time and Caudalie nuit cream at night
4. Retinols or vitamin C treatment

Basic tooth and gum care is super simple floss once daily and brush at least twice daily.

Then we move on to body wash, shampoos and conditioners. I also use a body scrub from Lush which comes in a huge tub. I use the body scrub once a week.

Those ugly body hair and facial hair, either trim them or shave them off. I prefer the clean shave look (think Lex Luthor in Superman 2025) so I invested in a straight razor, strop and honing stones.

Finally choose a signature smell. Perfume that says you. It’s different for everyone so no recommendations here.

Finally your clothes should be good fitting and simple. Just a pair of white linen draw string long pants and polo shirt will invoke a super relaxed Mediterranean style.

Accessories - rule of thumb. No more than 3 pieces of jewelry at any one time. So if you have a watch and a wedding ring, you should have room for one more piece to accentuate your style. This again is up to you but I find a pinkie ring and a watch plus small diamond studs to be super elegant. But YMMV.

And posture is super important. Don’t slouch. Stand with shoulder back and walk with confidence.

Women love a confident person who smell and looks good. You don’t have to be born handsome. You just need to learn to take good care of yourself.

Now starting on Renegades : Lords of Excess while waiting for American Elsewhere, and Shadows over Baker Street to arrive in the mail.

Just saw that Golden Goose opened their first outlet in TRX. Here are my findings

Super Star range is their evergreen range and for some models, they don’t allow co-creation on it. So the most you can do is to change the shoelaces. They also wear smaller than their actual size so always size up.

Ball star range is super comfortable and can be customised. They most certainly wear larger normally so go one size down when buying one.

8mil Cocaine Lab bust in KL

A cocaine bust in KL the day before yesterday. 8 million ringgit in drugs and equipment.

KUALA LUMPUR: A cocaine processing laboratory has been dismantled with the arrest of a foreign "cook" and the seizure of RM8 million worth of drugs and equipment.

The 'cook' who holds dual passports from Hong Kong and England, is believed to have entered Malaysia as a tourist on Jan 3.

Police are investigating whether this laboratory has links to Latin American drug cartels or other syndicates specialising in cocaine processing and distribution.

Federal Narcotics Crime Investigation Department director Datuk Seri Khaw Kok Chin said a team arrested the 27-year-old suspect following a raid at a premises in Pusat Perindustrian Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Klang Lama, on Jan 15, based on intelligence gathered.
