Just wanna share my experience with buying bags from suzy.my. I ordered few bags..after 5 weeks for waitingi keep sending email asking when is the bag will reach before tat she told me per-order took 2-3 week but NO REPLY from her..I find her contact number in google since she not giving me her contact and dint reply my email..i decided sms her after 1 week chasing she told me only 3item got stock as the rest has no stock and one of the bag is wrong so I asked for a refund yet she told me that she not going to refund before i send back the bag to her and ask me to take a pic to proof.

She agree to give me a refund by this week when she told me last week that others no stock .Once i received the bag when i realise one of the item is wrong she told me will refund to me after i send back the wrong bag.I need to pay extra for the postage??

I was very disappointed with their service as I have never experience such bad service before. I have purchased many things online before & normally would get a refund within 1 day.

So please think twice before purchasing anything from them! Suzy.my suckssss!
