Hi Again.

May I know the 'estimated' pricing for the following jobs? Would really appreciate if someones knows, so that I don't get cheated(even if one or two of the jobs)

1. Extra telephone port

2. 15 Amp point(for aircond and water heater)

3. 13 Amp power point

4. Looping 13 Amp power point

5. Lighting Point

6. Looping Lighting Point

7. Extra Astro Point (if already got one main one)

8. Fan Hook

9. Exhaust Fan and Cooker Hood Point

10. Door Bell point

11. Fix aircond pipes (is the price inclusive of fixing the aircond)

12. Fix water heater(water heater piping)?

13. Remove and reinstall W/C in different location

14. Remove and reinstall basin in different location

15. Wall tiles fixing (per sq feet) (are prices usually separate from the tiles itself)

16. Window and door grille (Iron and not stainless steel) (per sq feet)

17. Hacking and recementing (will there be any rough guidelines on per sq feet?)

Noob Question - Selling my Apt lawyer fees

Hi. I am very new at this and not sure if it is a dumb question.

This is my first time going to sell my place. I am intending to sell my Apt for around RM150K. My questions are:

1. How much is the loan + transfer fees for around this amount?

2. Who pays for this? Buyer or seller or both split the amount?

3. What other fees are involved?
