IPMART Poor Services

Don't ever buy thing from IPMART!!!

Bought a graphic card when 50% discount, make full payment as well..
after 2 weeks waiting, still don't get it.
I complain, they denied,after i show up all evidence, they only admit it..
They ask whether i want a refund or resend the item (of course i want the item since i bought it during the limited promotion)
After that they replay will send to me.
Then later on said no more stock for that item, the only option is to refund with the amount i paid or choose other item which is the same price with what i paid.
Means the promotion is a scam, spend your time to get those hardly get 50% discounted item, no meaning at all.
They will just told you "no more stock, can arrange for refund" (after one month wait!!)
Till now still don't get my item...

Please have a look at the conversation between i and IPmart personnel..
Take note on the dates specified...
every reply took few days and some reply with nonsense...
they don't care whatever you tell them, just ignore!!

If you bought item from IPmart before and you don't have any issue, you are lucky.
But beware of your future transaction with them.
They will do the same thing to you while there is an issue occur.

FYI, I did a few transaction before with IPmart as well, no major issue except the delivery took longer time than what it stated at the website.
Never think will face such issue this time.
And this is the first time i deal with their customer service, i can say is a NIGHTMARE!!

Really need some help here...
i bought a set of speaker from forum seller last month.
i really think for long time b4 making decision to buy from tis seller since others good comment for him.
and i oso try contact him about the details.
finally i pay him n i receive the set of speaker on time from the seller...

So as normal i try take out everything n check whether it's in good condition.
the speaker is reject set so some cosmetic defect is can't avoidable.
Is ok for me since important thing is the sound quality..
so i quickly set up everything n call the seller about any setting that i need to set up.
the seller ask me dun do anything to the transformer cause he ad set everthing for me n wat i need to do is connect the speaker to the power source over the transformer cause the speaker is us version.
i follow his instruction n power on the speaker.
the speaker did not turn on at all...
i try call the seller again and he said tat may b is the transformer problem.
he ask me to go electric component shop to check for the transformer.
at the shop the sifu there tell me tat the transformer's fius is burn n replace it with a new 1.
i oso ask the sifu to test the transformer for me whther it is in good condition.
the sifu test it with a television n everthings seems ok.
n the sifu ask me to reset the transformer cause he said it's in wrong setting ad.(should set to 220V instead of 110V)
after tat i bek home n test again...
BAD thing happen n i smell something weird come out from the woofer of speaker.
i noe i may b blow up ad.
i call my seller again n he said tat he the transformer make the speaker blowup.
the time i hear it was so sad n i ask him wat should i do.
he ask me to send bek to him for repairing n promise tat he will settle everthing for me.(postage fee=RM31)
i quickly packing everthing n send bek to himas soon as possible.
after few days he said to me tat he sent the speaker for repair ad.

i call him bout once a week but he seldom answer so i just can SMS him.
i noe he is so busy tat always reply after 1 o 2 days i sent my SMS.
everytime he tell me the sifu not yet check the speaker.
now ad 1 month past n i SMS him asking the actual time needed to repair the speaker.
it's so sad tat he tell me tat although his own speaker ad stay at the shop there n not yet repaired.
RM800 + RM40(postage) +RM31(postage)
REally too much for me to suffer.
n now i even never hear the sound from the speaker.

Here i need suggestion for solution in tis incident.
i got ask for refund but the seller refuse.
i said i not wan him to refund all n i will share his losses in repairing the speaker.
He oso refuse.
Wat he wan me to do is just wait n wait.
should i be waiting for 1 more year o wat i oso dun noe...
I did wrong nth.
wat i wan is just enjoy my new speaker in it's good sound quality...
I am not a rich guy n RM 870 for me is really big BIG amount.
i follow all his instruction b4 i power on my speaker..
He stated in his post tat 3 days warranty n i send bek to him on tat day i receive the speaker.
(3 days warranty but repairing time = infinity?)

i really hope to get some help here...
