Kindly share what do you get from the video?

What I got are....
1) Streamyx are always down....
2) Any complaint through calling operator will not be bothered.... If not why have the trouble to come all the way to tmpoint??
3) You want something done to your complaint.... MUST come to tmpoint yourself.... operation time is from 9am-5pm weekdays.... please apply leave and come to lodge your complaint...
4) you MUST make a big fuss by banging the table... shout at the receptionist... make everyone look at you until the manager come over to get tmnet ppl to work...
5) TMnet have lots and lots of service cars parked some where with nothing to do.... They just don't want to do it until you come and bang table!
6) It's actually a very easy to fix your problem... it can be done within 1 hour(before the uncle reach back home).... again... They just dun wanna do it until you come and bang table.....
7) Streamyx sucks!

Not so long ago i went to a hawker stall with my friend... both of us looks quite alike... (we're not gay)... and I happened to ask the boss do me n my friend looks like brothers....but all he replied was...
Definitely not real brothers... brothers only would not come out n eat together.... brothers only will talk about money.... never ever come out and eat...
And he actually said all that in a very deep sighing voice.....
That suddenly struck deep inside me n my friend's heart.... It sounds very very realistic... definitely not from any movie.... it is happening in our society.... It is truly pathetic.....
although i'm an only child.... but i do have alot of very close friends which we call each others as brothers....
There was time that my parents would say all I care about is my friends.... not relatives.... and I can assure that is just an exaggerated saying by parents... you get what i mean?
SO recently I was ignored by my very own cousin... it's that kind of 'wtf.... who tf are you.... why do I have to do it for you... do it yourself la...' tat kind of ignored....
and came to think about it.... There was a few times that i was betrayed by him.....
Since young we were very close and as my friend said b4... age over grown our distance....
but I didn't expect it it can reach to a point where he could backstab me....

So now I came to think about it.... My more than 10 years friends(brothers) has never betrayed me or backstabbed me that way before...
so wtf is wrong with our society?
