Got cheated by real estate agent/real estate firm

Hi all sifus and property expert,

Need advice from all sifu and property experts. Recently Im interested in a subsales residential property in selangor
and i've paid the deposit of RM15,000 on 11 April '15 (after GST implement) and too bad my loan were rejected
on 21 April (within 14 working days) And i have no choice but to seek for a refund from the real estate agent.
And the booking receipt clearly written a full refund if the bank loan is not approved.

But i met the agent few days back and i was shocked. The refund is only 94% which is RM14,100 is stead of
RM15,000 which i've paid. And the worse part is they force me to sign the receipt clearly written 6% GST of RM900
were charged by the firm. This is totally ridiculous, the deal didnt even go through and they charged me on
the GST.

If this is happening to me, i believe there are other agent are doing that too. Imagine, agent collect RM15,000
from 10 people and this 10 people cannot grant a loan endup have to pay the 6% GST. Meaning to say,
the agent is making RM9000 commission without closing any deal. Clean Profit. And the government also saying
residential property is not subject to GST.

Dear Sifu, please help me and what should i do next? Please help.

Full Blood Test

Hi everyone,

Would like to know is there any clinic provide full blood test in KL/ Selangor/ Pg area which is cheap?

I saw in newspaper mths ago there is a promotion in PATHLAB for rm 90+ only
but i guess the promotion period ald ends
normal price is like RM250+ (sry, to me its kinda over budget )

Please keep me update me if there's any promotion for blood test in
clinic or hospital.
