I have a plan to open a small office as a Call center in Malaysia about the health and skin care product from korea and taiwan.I still looking a location to open this office.Any idea which location is suitable to open an office ?What are the procedure i need to do ? Please let me know because this is my first time to open an office.

I'm from Penang and i planing to go down KL by train.Can anyone direct me which station the train stop?And once reach KL,how can i go to Putrajaya?
I need to go JPN and Ministry foreigner Affair in one day and how much the cost for 2way transport?
I know by taxi will be much much expensive.
Can anyone direct me how to go?Is my first time in KL?
