HI. I'm speaking on behalf the hardcore people from the Health & Fitness (H&F) forums. As currently there is only 1 moderator in H&F, and he is currently away, the forums has been filled with unwanted spam. I'm suggesting that if it is possible to have a temporary moderator to help clean up the forum while we wait for the return of the original moderator. And when he is back, the status of the temporaray moderator can be revert back to a normal member. It's just a suggestion from me. Thank you.

Relay For Life is also a celebration of caregivers who also often find hope at Relay. These individuals give their time, love and support to friends, family and neighbours who face cancer. At Relay, everyone understands the challenges and joys of being a caregiver.

Resetting your iPod

Anyone faces this problem when performing a reset on their iPod? I own a iPod Nano 4GB and when I perform a reset, the Apple logo appears as a huge double image before going into the main menu. The main menu too is double image. And also, it happened yesterday that when I power on my iPod, the double image appear again. But all this will go away if I turn it off and turn it on again. Just wondering why?
