Bonus after resignation

hi,

i would like to know if i receive a letter/memo on the performance bonus payable to me and then tender resignation after that will i be still entitled for the bonus?

for example the letter given on the 19th April indicating the performance bonus with the amount stated and i tender resignation on the 21st April with 1 month notice period. The bonus should be credited on April payroll, will i be still entitled for it?

If the company refuses, can i bring it to labor department?

hi all,

My wife and i got married last year. we have been in relationship for 9 years.
She was away studying most of the time. Got back three years ago and posted away from Klang Valley for the last 1 year.
Now she's back for good and living together with for a month. The thing is i've ran out of ideas where to go and what to do during our free time.
Since we are together for a long time , ive brought her almost everywhere i can think of during our free time. we have traveled other states for 1 or 2 days holiday, visited places (cinemas,parks,clubs,theme park,waterfalls etc) in KL. She is not much of a outdoor activity person so its hard convince her to do those things. And 1 of the main problem is we don't share common group of friends. Her friends are doctors like her . its either they are not nearby or have different off days. So its hard to plan anything with them. And my friends are guys with not gfs yet & she finds herself out of place when around them so we don't end up going with my friends also. Last 2 weeks its been bad . We were arguing because she was bored and nothing interesting to do. I've stopped going out with friends as well because i have to accompany her. This whole situation is going south day by day.

hi all sifus, i need ur advise on the following :

1) how do contractors calculate RC slab & pillars. How much is the average cost? (eg per sq ft)

2) whats autogate system would u recommend? some say hydraulic system is not lasting. is there any other systems available?

Hi LYN members,

i got a job offer as an engineer frm ZTE. its a 1 year contract. Should i take it?
Im not comfortable abt the contract. Its my first job so i wan to get rite as i wan it to be the rite platform to launch my career. i'll be attached to U mobile 3g projects. i would like to know abt the working environment there and career prospect.
