I had a nook touch simple..I guess my warranty been over..
few days ago it appear to have multiple horizontal lines on screen.
it do not affect the functionality and no visible crack on screen.
it can be use but the bottom part got little bit difficult to read

may i know how much would it cost to fix it?

curently using ubuntu dual boot wif my win7...juz start wif my lappy few days...
but i read the post at forum stated tat...
ubuntu rarely get probz in virus?
y say so?

i got many games tat runing in my laptop...
like DMC4,left4dead...
those game seem cant b installed in my ubuntu OS...
after googling sum time...
there is a program called wine & duno wat wat box...
which can compatible wif windows installer...

so far hvnt try it out yet...since i din found the download link...
any ways...will it be like windows7 to run such heavy 3D games?

im curently register for psychology in utar...
but i still duno wat is the payment for 1st sem...i tried to call to DSA there..but no 1 answer my call...

mayn ppl say 4k or 5k~
i borrow money from my parents n my sister...

it still does come wif sum sounds form left side of lappy..
i been hving same issue in 2 laptop...
suspecting driver compatibly...
but den i ady download all latest driver n installed ady...

any suggestion?
altot is not a big issue...but i think is not a good thing if keep on for long term..scare of harming my HDD n etc...

curently got 2 laptop...

1 is Dell XPS M1210
which is a C2D 1.8Ghz
with 2G ram
and a Nvdia Go 7400....

1 is HP compaq 6910p
which is C2D 2.4Ghz (T8300)
with 1G ram(not yet upgrade)
and a intel mobile 965....

in sense of light gaming...
which would be better?

curently wanna custom a pc desktop for my sister whom study secondary school now...
well...my budget is quite limited to 1k ++ only...
so if i wan make tis spec isit possible wif 1k?

MoBO:hopefully can intergraded wif built in GC,but im not sure which mobo does hv such feature ------ unknown

hitaci HDD 320 GB ---------RM220 (isit western digital cheaper?im not reli sure y price so many diff in diff brand...)

juz wanna ask usually tis spec can support mid gaming like dota?haha...when im free im hope to install a couple game to play...

well...i planing to buy a lappy since itz more ec for me further study at outstation...
2nd hand lappy is owes 1 of nice choice due 2 itz cheaper price,"green"~recycle wat other dun wan...

but sum how,im not reli sure how 2 test the lappy fully..
here my step,correct me if im wrong nor gv me any alternative solution...^^

1)see is there any visible crack
2)test all the keys by using word pad...(is ther any software ec for us 2 test all the key?since microsoft word not all the key can test well like F4 or sum how)
3)test the bluetooth device n wifi ofcuz...

so....practically any more extra?

okie...accually im very confusing in mobo...when we going to upgrade our proc..RAM and Etc...without any manual book,is there any way to confirm wat model of proc can use,wat tat cant?bcos i surf net got itz spec,stated can be use but there owes be sum1 say cant...

well....as wat im stated up there...when im cleaning the dust on my pc..
i accidentally broken 1 leg of HSF....
seem it cant be boot up sum how...

i never go upgrade my proc b4(now still using dual core E2140),for my sis usage...
if wanna upgrade to C2D,would it b a wise choice?
i think im going 2 spend RM400++500 on tat...

1)isit buying the proc including HSF?if not,how much for a new 1?since im going to upgrade....
