Dear all experts,
I checked that stamp duty is exempted if transfer ownership of property of my 50% to spouse. The question is, can I do this entirely via land office without engaging lawyer for the MOT? Housing loan is under her name alone. We want to get another property but because both join-names on this house, I cannot withdraw from KWSP for second property.
