Centralised water heater

All,

Came across a visit to a house with Centralised water heater. It uses of electrical combustion tank stored at roof and supply the hot water through another piping system from normal water.

Question is, does this kinds of system is expensive to maintain? Do we need to switch on the heater all time? Or only switch it on before using it? How about electric consumption ???

We are knowing that the properties in KV area are being speculated to sky high for subsales and new development. I would like to know if you guys is buying a mid-high end condo in KV for own stay, what is the reasonable or highest price psf that you think you will buy it ?

Let see if the result and compare to market to observe the expectable vs reality...
