renovation on G&G strata title property?

A few years ago, my family bought a G&G intermediate unit. Ard mid of last year - the property received its strata title. And recently we went through application for renovation permit with the local council and the approved drawing includes changes to the front facade and back extensions of the house. During application, as the JMB was not founded yet - we got the approvals from the developer and our respective neighbours approval on both sides.

Thus we proceeded with the renovation of the property. Recently the JMB has been setup and other units owners are complaining that what we are doing is illegal as it changes the facade of the building.

Here's my primary question:
We have all the necessary approvals and renovations are done according to plan - what actions can they do to stop our renovations? Are we able to ask for compensation if we are requested to stop ?

i'm keen to explore aluminium kitchen cabinets and wanna check out the pricing from the different suppliers first.

I think I say another small company that sells aluminium kitchen cabinet with doors looking like wood grain in 2011 Perfect Living / Homedec - but I lost the flyer / contact of the company.

does anyone here has contact to the company ? or other companies in Penang that does aluminium cabinets?

I read abt this recently launched product in the papers recently... and understand they had a booth in Homedec KL but not in Penang.
Has anyone installed this and what is the review of this product vs conventional instant water heater?

Does it support what it claim?
