From current mass transit map in Klang Valley, seem all planning is to direct people to/from KL, but how about other business district direct from residential area?

Business district:
1. Mid Valley
2. Sunway area
3. Starling Mall area
4. Bandar Utama area

Residential Area:
1. Old Klang road (look at all those high rise!)
2. Puchong
3. High rise behind Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya

So i connect all these areas hopefully to solve terrible traffic in Old Klang road, and LDP highway.
note: these line just for fun, ignore land usage, cheers

Advice on career path

Hi, I am currently working as a team lead of a software development team in a publicly listed Malaysia company.
However due to pandemic the company has freeze the salary increment as well as bonus.
If you working in IT industry you know there are always tons of jobs and offers lurking us away.

Thus I try my luck and got my offer (another publicly listed Malaysia company).
It is 20% increment in salary from 7500 to 9000 and is a purely technical role.

I already accepted the offer but this let me thinking that is moving from team lead (management/technical) to a purely technical role a good decision?
And how it will affect my career path in the future (if my next job is management role)?
Will my current management experience still valid for my future job?
