NEED SOME ADVICE TO START EXERCISING

I seriously wanna start exercising to get my health and fitness level into shape. At the moment my weight stands at 85kg (huge spare tyre) height 5 feet 10 inches, 31 years old.

Shopping for a gym now to start my workout (1st or 2nd week of july as work is in the way until end of june). Then im pretty much back to 9 to 5 schedule.

Apart from badminton on mondays, I have not worked out for ages.

Just wondering how much time i should commit with in the beginning? Maybe twice a week (2hrs) in the beginning then double that after 1 month? Should i hit straight for the treadmills or bicycles? Any exercises that deal strictly with reducing fat on the tummies? Im targetting for some results in 6 months. Small goals for now 10kg weightloss, firmer tummy and maybe less flabby hands and legs.

Really a noob at this. Thx for any advice.

Was wondering the extent of the usage of the 60 days game card. Im looking at doing a parallel import for it or creating a top up service and wondering what the response might be. Thx for any input and participation in this poll.

gamepath thread moved

-- Please keep your post concise to ensure a speedy review from us. We recommend 250 words or less. --

Recently one of your mods have moved the gamepath threads to the services noticeboard. I can certainly understand this as he explained that the gamepath thread is more of a service rather than discussions about wow. Ok two issues:-

1. Gametune is also a paid tunnelling service started by a member. Why the courtesy afforded to gametune to stay and not to gamepath?
(I will retract this if this is mainly a timing issue, but at the time of this posting the gametune thread is still alive in the wow forums)

2. Tunnelling services while yes it is a service form a great deal of the lives of wow players. Im sure most of us are aware how great our isp providers are. The gamepath thread was placed there as a means of feedback from the many users that encountered problems with the selection of gates and the usage of the tunnelling service. It would be redundant to place it in the services noticeboard as only wow players would understand what it means.

I hope the mods can consider an exception to allow the gamepath threads to be back up so the many users (in excess of 250) have a means of addressing their problems. Either that or remove all the tunneling threads as explained by the mod Ah Wang that tunneling threads are a service and do not talk about wow.

[addedon]May 16, 2009, 12:29 pm[/addedon]Problem solved i just noticed the thread about pinning the vpn services. Cheers and thx for the solution.

If football clubs can have a fanclub why not WOW?

Tuesdays are boring as it is maintainence day.......so im tempted to post things of the top of my bored head...

I was just thinking...theres so many manu, liverpool and chelsea supporters club la....lol..Why not a malaysian wow gamers club? Mamak session on tuesdays! And if we really do kik it off we register it as a real society and who knows there could be great benefits for being a member? Bulk buying discounts for expansions, tunnelling service, make cool t-shirts (haha my gf wants a wow widow t-shirt) lmao.

We would probably have different chapters in different states. So we have different mamak areas to hold club meets lol. Maybe one day my dream of a malaysian guild will come true haha. Imagine a few hundred malaysians in a single guild! That would be quite awesome imo! Far fetched but yeah u gotta start somewhere...

I dub thee Project Wow Malaysia, any1 interested to lend a hand?

Just a spark in the head....

can doctors refuse to give you a prescription?

As the title reads, my friend had an incident where the doctor constantly dodged the question of giving a prescription and kept giving excuses, it seems to compel my friend to buy the drug/medicine from her clinic.

Is this allowed? Can doctors refuse you a prescription so that you have no choice but to buy from the clinic?

Im thinking of asking her to make an MMC complaint against the doctor. Im quite sure this is against some code of ethics.
