It is home to over 100+ Start-Ups. It is looking for a Community Manager for Coworking and Serviced Office in Kuala Lumpur. Individual should be Passionate and Self motivated with extremely strong execution and high social skills.

We are now hiring Full-time Community Manager to be based at Q Sentral, KL. Details are as follow:

Role:
• Primary role is to maintain client relations, space management, and business operations
• Drive awareness and engagement of the company using Digital Marketing and social media, to generate leads.
• Handling end to end sales cycle
• Relationship management with clients/occupants of the co-working space.
• Organise and coordinate events/programs in the premises.
• Taking feedback from and resolving issues of clients.
• Interact with the start-up environment and maintain a good social media presence.
• Be an impressive first point of contact of Unispace.

Remuneration:
As per industry standards

Requirements:
• Social media savvy
• Excellent spoken & written communication skills
• Good administrative ability
• Pleasant natured, extrovert who likes to interact with people.
• Good comprehension ability and capable of working independently without supervision.
• Prior Experience in Coworking Spaces, Incubators or Business Centers is preferred

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

c2d e6550 ori HSF

i jus got this proc and the hsf.. it is a used unit..
plug in... everything works fine.. but the post screen shows no cpu rpm detected.. indeed the fan is running.. temp shows 45 for this proc for idle..
is this normal?

shouldnt be mobo faulty coz it works fine for older hsf...
and suggestion and advic? i have checked the 4 pins connector.. the wires are well connected...

so mates, what is the problem?
