            <title>Unauthorized payment from PayPal to NCSOFT &amp;amp; MOL</title>

            <description>Firstly, I apologize if this it not the right place to post this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The reason i&amp;#39;m posting here is to see if there is anyone have prior experience dealing with MOL.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let me simplified my story for ease of understanding.&lt;br /&gt;It happen only last week, i got notification from my bank that i was charge for 3 different transaction in span of 3 minute, amounting from &lt;b&gt;100USD&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;40USD &lt;/b&gt;&amp;amp; &lt;b&gt;30USD&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;After check further, i realize it was done thru PayPal where i have my card information inside.&lt;br /&gt;There is 2 party which i &amp;quot;paid&amp;quot; to, 100USD to &lt;b&gt;NCSOFT &lt;/b&gt;&amp;amp; 40USD + 30 USD to &lt;b&gt;MOL&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Right away i raised a dispute with PayPal as this happen while i&amp;#39;m working and i doesn&amp;#39;t have any account with both merchant above.&lt;br /&gt;Then i also contacted both merchant thru email to see what i need to do to get my money back.&lt;br /&gt;I got notified by PayPal (within 24hours) that i&amp;#39;m getting my 100USD refund back to me (i got the confirmation on my bank yesterday)&lt;br /&gt;But for MOL&amp;#39;s case, i notice there isn&amp;#39;t much of progress.&lt;br /&gt;I get those generic answer from MOL and it starts with &amp;quot;i will need a police report to get investigation started&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;I even ask them if i provided the police report to them, will i get the refund back and they gave those generic reply and ignoring my question totally.&lt;br /&gt;I call up the call center directly and to my surprise, they redirect me to contact them thru email. So i throw the same question again and i was told that there is no assurance i will get my money back. &lt;br /&gt;So, i proceed to police station and get the report that they need and finally they reply they will start the investigation. I asked them for a case number (for reference of course) and guess what i get, the same o generic reply and ignoring my question totally, AGAIN.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did anyone around here going thru what i am going thru with MOL right now?</description>
