Hai sifus here.. i'm newbie in this p3 home theater stuff... can u all enlighten me which 1 home theater set give u the max audio/video quality from ps3 in term of blue ray muvie, playing games and sound???

I'm prefered the HTIB...from my reading many suggest to choose HTIB from sony itself due to pcm aspect???

However i'm open on any brand...

My budget is about 1500-1800..

Btw i already have full hd lcd from panasonic...

Hello to all sifus here... i just buy a lcd tv full hd on saturday in one shop at my hometown (batu pahat).. however the shop told me they not have the model in the shop and need to get it from their main branch in johor bahru. They promised me to send to my home tomorrow (tuesday)

My question is... how to differentiate if they give me brand new one or a display set?? What characteristics that i should consider and looking at?

hello guys.. i'm helping my fren to build a complete set rig.

There are some specification that MUST have in this rig according to his need

1) lcd 19 inch ---> rm390 (i suggest benq coz its d cheapest)
2) MUST intel platform
3) Can play latest NFS, Fifa 09
4) No need subwoofer

To make it simple, i hope u guys can fill like this

Processor : Intel
Mobo : anything (any atx can get below rm200 ??)
Hdd : i suggest him 160gb (rm130)
Ram : value ram 800 ddr2 (rm60) kingston
VGA : saphire hd4670 (rm270)
PSu : i think will get huntkey 550w or cm/gigabyte 500w (rm150)
Casing : cap ayam (rm50)
mouse+ keybord : rm 30 (can give suggestion ???)

if we total up without cpu and mobo ---> rm1050 ---> left 520

so i hope u guys can give me d suggestion

Here is my current rig :

AMD x2 4800 2.5ghz (stock speed)
Mobo masi k9n neo v3 (support am2 socket)
gecube 4830
2 gb value ram 667
vantec 550w (80+)

Currently i run 3d mark 06 and get 7950 mark which my cpu score only 1800

So my question is if i wan to upgrade to any athlon series like 6000 / 6400 / 7750 can i get significant increase in performance? (note that my mobo can't support 7750)

or should i go for intel family (e7200/e7400 or oem of e8200) -> but i need to change mobo too

so guys can u help me (my budget max is rm300 for cpu only or rm600 if i wan to change both mobo and cpu)

hello forumers.. yesterday i accidentally buy this product. note that its differ from the vantec N series. 2 of this brother model van 700A and van 800A are certified with 80 plus award (bronze). So are this van 550A also 80 plus psu?

Whoever in this forum can share about this psu. any owner of van 550A are welcomed to give their feedback

hello guys, after cant find corsair 450w i'm try looking for this st400..

i wan to pair it with hd 4830... can it pair nicely without put much stress to the psu?

i read minimum recommendation for hd4830 is 450w

but when i go to shop the seller told me that 400w silverstone is enough according to my rig..

at silverstonesite also the list that st400w can support up to ati 4850...

so guys please enlighten me

2 hdd
1 combo drive
1 floppy disk
7 case fan

now i wanna ask ur expert here about what psu + gc that best deal for budget rm500 (max)

here is my low end rig guys..

cpu = amd x4800 2.5ghz
mobo = msi k8n neo v3
ram = 2 x 1gb value ram
psu = ?????
GC = ?????
hardisk = 160gb + 80gb
fan = 12cm x 3
floppy disk = 1
dvd room = 1

i'm plan to buy 9600gt palit gc + silverstone 400w true power

any better choice please recommend.. thanks

currently use 8500gt. but want to change either 3870 or 4670.
which is best in term of performance and can be handle by my psu as well as price

ps : will not do any OC

btw.. apart from light.. this is spec that i look

gc : dont mind if integrated but advantage if have dedicated gc
