Home Cinema Curtain

I am planning to set up my own home cinema in my living room. Sadly, I live in a small apartment size 10 feet x 40 feet, one end is the sliding door, another end is the kitchen, (living room, dining & kitchen altogether, no partition). The distance between my sofa and the screen (I would set up later) would be only 10 feet, max.

The first thing I want to do is install an air-con in the living room but I know I would only use half of the space for my cinema, i.e. about 10 feet x 20 feet. In order to cut down the electricity bill I really do not want to air-con the whole area when I enjoy my movies. So I want to install a ceiling mounted cinema curtain at the centre of my living/dining/kitchen room as a partition. My questions are:

1. how much would the track and curtain cost? The length of the curtain would be around 15 feet wide x 10 feet high (curved on plan)

2. who could do the job? KL area? get one guy to fix the track and get another guy to do the curtain?

3. are curtains suitable for use as dividers for air-con rooms? i can't use hard partitions as it would make my small apartment even more congested.

Thank you.
