Ripping Dual Layered DVD

I am looking for a one click all software to rip a dual layered DVD to a singled layered DVD -/+R
I need to backup my copies of DVDS ( all dual layered). Yes my DVD writer is capable of burning the dual layered
But dual layered is mighty pricey.

Does Nero has the capability to ripped it to a single layered?

Appreciate your help & knowledge
I bought an original educational video - it runs off an executable file
discovered that it could only be played on the PC.

(no MPEG/AVI or any video format on CD itself.)

Is there a way for me to capture the video on the PC and then convert it to VCD?

Just like a screen capture for DVD/VCD -- only this time I want the video that is played on the PC to be capture...

Any software could do it?

Thanks

[addedon]May 12, 2007, 4:39 pm[/addedon]Ok never mind I found the program
Do google search for Screen+Capture+Video+Desktop

Low quality photo -want to increase pixels

Shoot me if there is a question and an answer to this.

Here is what I wanted to asked... I took a picture (low quality as in 0.7 megapixels camera-- bad idea/dumb me) before buying my S3 & 710 canon. Anyhow, I am trying to find some software to "add pixels" or whatever it needs to be done to increase the quality of the photo... is there anyway that it could be done?

If it is photoshop CS -- how is it done?
aside from increasing the printing quality 300 dpi...
one can hope it can be fix.. right?
