CM Force 200cm Fan

hi, today i followed my friend went to lowyat and he bought a CM Force 200cm cooling fan with Red LED

now that he fixed it up his pc, the LED on the cooling fan doesn't come on

but the fan still works as usual without the LED

anything that he is missing or do he need to go back to lowyat for warranty?

i'm planning to get a new graphic card... most probably GTX260 or HD4870

GTX260 beats HD4870 right? but is the price difference worth it?

I'm using a ST56F, Silverstone 560W 80%+ Efficiency PSU
2 Hdd, 1 Sata and 1 Ide,
Processor C2D 8400
1 DVD-Burner
3-4 120mm Fans (planning to get a CM690)
Overclock: maybe.. im interested to learn overclocking

is it enough juice to run all those without overclock and with GTX260?

or is it at the very limit?
