very disappointed with sri computer staff that treat me like a thief yesterday, in fact this is their own problem that didn't remove the security chip from the goods that i already paid.
further more if you going to check customer bag, i will let you check if you tell me in better way and not blocking you and take your plastic bag and check it.
after checking didn't apologize for their mistake just dump the goods back to you. what is the working attitude and how they treat their customer.
Sri comp services really bad... i wont step into this stupid shop any more. Dont know next time how will they treat me????

Sony DVD Handy Cam Breakdown

I buy a sony DVD handycam last 2 year, I really seldom use the camcoder.
Last week when i take out the videocam prepare to shoot for a event i found the CCD not able to capture anything.
I send it to sony service centre and i get a really expensive quotation. RM600 to replace a lense.

I have 2 sony camcoder, previous one CCD blind and this one lense problem.
Can any one suggest what can i do with the camcoder, really hopeless with sony.
Asking for discount on the spareparts or labour they refused.

I can't imagine one camcoder that use less than 50 Hours or maybe less can break down like this.
Any one can recommand other 3rd party repair for this product??
