BB 8520 Newbie Question

I just bought the new BB 8520 from phone shop, It was AP set, So i try firgure out that wanted to download the sync contact from My outlook to BB.
What should i do ??
Some how, I try to download the desktop manager from US website, It seem like too slow to download (sorry, i got the cd but my DVD drive spoil already). It that any other website to download ??

BTW, I saw alot ppl said upgrade the os 5.0 , any different if i update ?

and any apps that recommended ?? NEWBIE here ~

Another thing, I got my sign up plan with Value 80 + Data Plan 500mb ( which sign up contact which Free phone, Regard that i suddenly this stupid plan ), I check around with the review and everything, it seem like useless without BIS, am I correct ??

If like that per month i just only paid with RM 80 + RM 40 + RM 40 = RM 160 ??

Need Suggestion for Android

I believe you will view my existing post before i post this topic but after i have been watch WMCC, I not going for Iphone.

Any suggestion that someone help me to decide?
There are my requirement:

Adobe Flash must be support
Screen or movement must smooth at least like IOS
RMVB must be support and smooth ( at least i boring can watch movie at this phone)
Slim & Nice Design
Upgradable for future firmware
Battery Last longer compare for Iphone.

Samsung Galaxy SL = My friend said this phone not bad, in term of my usage is good enough. But don't know why, I still haven't decide yet
Google Nexus S = Upgradable firm ware for future once Android unit releast
Samsung Galasy S2 = New model, dual core performance, but expensive
HTC Flyer/ Samsung Galaxy Tab = Too big for me.. I got Ipad , I need phone
Motorola Charm = Seem too suit for me but software limited
HTC wildfire S = RM 1099, better i go for Galasy SL

I hope some experience about the android phone give me some advice so i may decide what phone i should buy or I still need to wait for new model.

Remark: We take out the budget but we do a "worth to buy"

My major thing is this few....

1) Phone with keyboard like Blackberry ( Currently using samsung E710 and Nokia E71)
2) can use personal Hotspot in android (in case forget to bring IPAD)
3) No lagging ( I hate Softreset)
4) Sync my photo or document with my IPAD without PC
5) Last Longer Batter ( Hard core use on phone calling)
6) Fullly support web brower

any suggest ?
