housing loan advise due upgrade house

Hi all sifu, plan let go current house and upgrade bigger however need further advice.

My initial plan is to let go current house for funding then dump in new housing loan to reduce monthly repayment with lesser loan amount.

Question now is whether possible or any flexi monthly reduce repayment housing loan exist?

say if loan total loan 500k and when old house sold 250k and money use to dump in new house loan, and thereafter monthly repayment by 250k loan amount? Or possible refinance later on?

Hi guys, would like to get opinion for sunroof tint, try search many say will cause crack because stick layer film causing bad heat disperseon and cant expand/stretch the glass.

SA say dont tint may cause warranty issue and expensive due to his tint voucher quota.

Hi guys, would like to know and check about SA sales comision, as during test drive and nego they tend to use this term 'fight quota, clear stock, not earning or jz few hundred, charity helping each other'.

really? Hopecan know more about car industry local, as the SA driving previous gen accord. How i wish i can terus tell him i know about his tactic.

Guys, test drive overall quite inpress with its perfomance. Felt stable and high speed very queit as well, minus side loud engine noise, feel very heavy and contribute high fc.

as currently with huge year end rebate, really like the overall package and value, SA mentioned that its best time to own it and told this little beast similar with other manufacturer such as vw golf, ford focus and claim its poor mans version of it

As suprima club not really merrier, therefore trying asking otai here opinion, any owner comment much appreciate.

is it really many issue with proton, as both this model seems promising, c segment car , safety value etc. But heard fc on higher side but check with SA highway usage very economical due to cvt power.

Hi all, nd advice for home use water jet washer... any brand model recomend... chk cheapest jusco karcher rm300, k2.030, howevr its vry basic unit...

and u nd a hose to suction the detergent into it so thatable wash car etc... i find its nt that practical... wondering anyone wit similar product n able share xperience... mainly car wash, car porch n inner house wash...

hi guys... anyone got their persona sv yet, hows the car... also since it with all round disc brake n seems high line spec, wondering whether car NVH better than current spec, or is it just the same persona elegance level NVH... also base on the launch pictures gallery i can see that the car height seems higher than last time batch... not that 'lowered' height...

hi guys, as chk with few SA, Proton persona SV going to luanch end of month 30/11/13 and with dual airbag, steel rim with cap as well as ABS/EBD?

One thing for sure dual airbag and 15" steel rim, but still pondering rgd of ABS+EBD... any proton 'insider', SA can hlp to confirm this... as i think this will be a worth 'hold on' for potential SAGA buyer, b it exec, sv, se range etc...
