Unable to boot with new gpu

Computer model: Acer Aspire M3985

Old graphic card shows defect and bought a GT 710 as replacement.
Removed all driver with DDU before installing the GT 710.
Turn on and stuck at post screen then follows by _ (underscore) blinking on top left corner.

Flashed bios, but not to the newest one as I'm not sure if its supported. (https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/4240?b=1 <- chose Win7 64 bit and flashed bios dated 2012/8/13)
Not sure if I can flash 2014/4/3 ones since I'm still on Win7 and it says UEFI for Win 8.

*Windows still startup properly when integrated graphic is used.

Any help is appreciated!

PSU: Silverstone Strider 560W
GPU: Asus GTX 780 ti

Recently upgraded graphic card while leaving the power supply as it is. During gaming, specifically Metro 2033 and WoT, computer shutdown halfway but keyboard light still on. Playing Spintires and L4D2 has no problem at all. So far only tested these 4 games.

My guess is psu couldnt power the card? Any other possibilities? Will it hurt my system if only use for browsing (ofcos probably for few weeks only before upgrading the psu)? And lastly, any recommendation for psu (thats isnt too overkill )? Thanks in advance, sifus.

Yesterday left the house at 8am then came back around 530pm. Was looking around for my cat when I noticed the kitchen window was open (no grill or alarm). Was feeling weird cos inside the house still pretty much the same, not messed up, except the rooms door were opened. Went to look around and there were footsteps and stains on the window's wall outside.

Damage: A bottle of Chivas Regal 12, a bottle of Chivas Regal 18, a bottle of Camus Cognac and few hundreds cash.

Jewelry, mobile phones, laptops, toy collections, passport, car keys and luckily my cat all still here. They did searched the drawers where some jewelry and inexpensive watches were there but they did not take. I guess they are drug addicts and just want quick money that will not trace back to them?

Now they've seen all the liquor, will they come back for more?

Remote wiring

Amplifier does not power on when the ignition is on.
Tried connecting 12v straight to the amp remote terminal, yes the amp turns on.
Tried changing 2 rem wires already from amp to headunit but still it does not power on. So I guess its not the wire at fault?

What else can I do?

Currently having HIS IceQ ATI HD4850 512mb running crossfire and; nvidia GTS 450 1gb running SLI (with Accelero TwinTurbo Pro fansink).

I'm planning to sell 1 of them, the not-that-worth-it one ofcos...

1) What is the HD4850 good at? and the GTS 450?

2) What are their current market price for second hand unit?

3) So, which one are more worthwhile to keep considering their money to performance ratio?

Today went to collect car from an uncle in his late 60's. The uncle himself also cannot drive already due to health problem.

So we went to his house and the uncle said the deal is still on. Long story short, we drove the car back after we get everything sorted out.

Few hours later we received a call from his nephew saying that the uncle is crying and willing to buy back for double the price because that was his 1st and only car.

FX 8320 vs 6300, same price

A new FX 6300 is RM410 while a used FX 8320 (probably 1.5 year old) is also priced at RM410. From googling around, 6300 seems more overclockable but I'm not even sure if I gonna overclock them under stock cooler. So the question is, which one would you choose and why?
