Newly Painted wall "sweating" , how to settle?

My newly extended kitchen's wall (indoor) is sweating, outdoor same wall is fine, no problem. I asked a few paint shop, they suspect it's due to painting on wet walls. Any idea on how to dry up painted cement walls? When touching the wall it's really cold. No piping inside the wall and make sure no leaking from outdoor also.

The cement bricks wall is covered with Nippon 5170 acrylic sealer and few coats of Nippon Satin-Glo. So now the wall can't "breathe" because of the damn oil based sealer. Can't scrap off the paint also because of the strong sealer. Already staying in the new house, so sanding is not an option because it will be extremely dusty.

I tried switching on aircon whole night for that room for 2 months already, hopefully will dry up the wall, but no improvements.
At day time I switch on standing fan and blow towards the wall whole day, no improvements also.

I bought a heating fan from taobao last week and blow on the wall, seems ok a bit. but the fan cover very small area, need few months if want to fully cover the whole area.

Hopeless ady, any ideaS?

EZBUY <PRIME> anyone?

Recently just start to ship taobao items by myself. I called their hotline and they say no matter how many items I order, the international shipping fees will be flat RM8.80 only, additional local shipping charge RM8 for west, RM12 for east malaysia.

I'm from Sabah, so it will only cost me RM20.80 for each time i order without limitation. That sounds incredibly cheap. But hor, it's normal that we feel suspicious about this damn cheap price right?

Anyone use the PRIME service before? Does it really works?

Thanks...

Donating for tax relief

I got some non-moving old stocks in my shop which the condition is still good, would like to donate it to the charity (which is eligible for tax relief).
I've read through LHDN website and found this

- Act 44 (9) There shall be deducted pursuant to this subsection
from the aggregate income of a relevant person who is an
individual for the relevant year reduced by any deduction for
that year in accordance with subsection (1) an amount equal to
any gift of money or contribution in kind ( the value to be
determined by the relevant local authority ) made by him in the
basis year for that year for provision of facilities in public
places for the benefit of disabled persons.

Does it means with donating RM10000 worth of stocks , I can get tax relief of 10k?

Please advise. Thanks..

If not possible to get tax relief, does it benefits my account in anyway? The stocks are place consuming and outdated, no point giving FOC to customer because I think they won't appreciate it. To the poor it might just be good enough.
