hello there.

I'm just starting out in my career in the field of construction and i would like to know several things about construction firms? i hope you can answer me.

firstly what is the process in building a house. if you have financing to build it. what does a property developer do what does a building contractor do? what does an architect do. how many people need to be paid. how much profit can each department make on one job. please i will appreciate as much information as you can give on building a house. it doesnt have to be a lot of information at once. its up to you. many people are free to contribute. thanks.
