i have encountered twice,people who claimed to be kpdnkk (both of them said it wrong as kdnk). my kes is i sell my ice cream 50 sen above recommended retail price. this means that 7eleven sells rm1, i sell rm1.50. as my understanding harga kawalan only applies to barang-barang kawalan like sugar and flour....btw, those guys insisted i sell them rm1, which i refused, they said they are from "kdnk" and said that i will be in trouble for selling above market price. in the end they paid me and left angrily....

kpdnkk = kementerian perdagangan dalam negeri, koperasi dan kepenggunaan.

please share your experience or knowledge on this matter, if real kpdnkk, do they have authority to saman things like overpriced coke, char koay teow or ice cream?

when i father died few years back. we didnt make post mortem. he was running a kopitiam at far away. so when he died, he was alone. i didnt know his cause of death. we just simply taruh heart attack at police station.

dear all,

anyone has experienced dealing with supermarket like cold storage/ jusco/ giant as consignee? i am planning to consign in sweets from europe to sell here...i am planning to start with only 1 outlet first with small quantities. btw i have relative in germany who will get the me the supplies...so far no idea how to import them in as well..

Agreement not to work for competitor

when i joined my current company. i was given a agrrement to sign. the agreement stated that i am not allowed to work for competitor or opening business in the same line for 3 years.

may i know how effective is the agreement if i am to work for a competitor in future?
