HDMI ARC from tv to HDMI IN of a/v receiver

Hello all experts in here, I would like to ask if a HDMI ARC port on a tv be able to connect to HDMI IN port on a A/V receiver?(since ARC powered port is two way flows of audio signals)
Or it has to be connected to a HDMI ARC port as well? Is this necessary?

If possible, how about if from HDMI OUT connect to HDMI ARC?

add ext amplifier between tv and 5.1 sound system?

I have a coocaa android tv which has hdmi arc port, a sony ht-s700rf 5.1ch surround sound system(active subwoofer) and a regular bluray player.

The sound output from the bluray player is magnificent(passthrough tv hdmi arc), but the sound output from the tv itself is rather weaker (through same hdmi arc port as well), the bass of the tv output is softer as compared to so much ohm u can feel frm the bluray player.

The question here is --- can I add an external amplifier as a middle man between the tv and the s700rf to boost the audio signals of the tv? Is there any amplifier out there that can control own speakers output port volume as well as the volume of audio signals passthrough it from hdmi/optical sources? If there is, will there be any negative impact to the s700rf?
