Where to get FUJIAIRE Air-Cond remote control

I am looking for Fujiaire Air Cond remote control replacement. I tried few hardware shop, but can't get any. Some Universal Air Cond remote control never mention the Fujiaire in the product support brand, so I dare not to buy any.

Anyway, if you tried any and works, or you get it from any hardware shop, please let me know.

My house security door is not able to open, even I have the key. I am looking for somebody who is expect to fix this issue.

Due to that is a second hand, and the security door is inherit from previous owner, so I have no idea where he buy that door.

Furniture seeker

I am looking for a book cabinet, dinning table, display cabinet and TV case for my house, but I can't get any good furniture shop around Puchong to get some simple nice and reasonable price furniture. Initially plan to get from Ikea, but the quality of the material make me think twice, especially the book cabinet.
Anybody can give some idea where to have a look or recommend some furniture shop to me?

Wood material for decorate pillar

I am seeking advice for wood material for some decorate pillar in the house. I would like to have 5 pillar in the house, as a divided for a small room in living hall. By the way, I can hold hang a TV with the pillar. The idea is look like the picture I post.

Anyway, the contractor suggest me to use a material which sound like "FORMEGA", but this material quite expensive, 5 pillar quot me around RM3K, and the other material he has is Chipboard. My concern is the chipboard material may not firm enough and I worry it too soft to make what I want.

May I know anybody have any idea of what kind of wood material should I go with? How much the price? How can I get it from Klang Valley or Puchong area?
